This page sets out all the terms related to membership, gaming, payments and bonuses on ck444, in detail. Please read the entire document carefully before using the platform.
These terms and conditions apply to all products and services of ck444. Continued use of the platform means you have accepted these terms.
General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services and products of the ck444 platform, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino and other entertainment activities. These terms apply to all persons residing in Bangladesh who wish to use ck444's services.
ck444 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.
In this document, "platform", "site" or "website" refers to both the official ck444 website and its mobile application. "Member" or "user" refers to any person who operates a registered account on ck444.
Membership and Eligibility
To open an account on ck444 and use any of the platform's services, the following conditions must be met:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- All information provided in the registration form must be accurate, complete and truthful.
- A person may open only one account — multiple accounts in the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
- An account is for personal use only — playing on behalf of or for a third party is not permitted.
- Members must comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and are personally responsible for being aware of any restrictions on online betting or gaming.
If any discrepancy is found in the information provided at registration, ck444 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold the balance. ck444 may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time.
2.1 Age Verification
ck444 may at any time request a national identity card or passport to verify age if there is reason for doubt. Account activity may be restricted and withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.
Account Management
Each member is responsible for keeping their account login details confidential and protecting their account from any unauthorised access. Login credentials or passwords must not be shared with anyone.
3.1 Account Security
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must immediately notify the ck444 support team. The member concerned will bear responsibility for any losses or transactions resulting from third-party use of their account.
3.2 Updating Account Information
If any personal information changes (name, mobile number, email), the member must promptly update their profile or notify the support team. ck444 is not responsible for any problems caused by the provision of incorrect information.
3.3 Account Closure
A member may voluntarily close their account at any time. ck444 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if evidence of any breach of the terms is found.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ck444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
4.1 Deposit Terms
Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
Members must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits sent from another person's mobile banking are not accepted and may be returned.
The balance will be credited after the deposit is successfully verified. No processing fee applies to deposits.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Member identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. ck444 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and investigate if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full. If wagering is incomplete, only the portion of the main balance may be withdrawn.
Bonuses and Promotions
ck444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus funds, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- It is the member's responsibility to read the specific terms of the relevant promotion before claiming any bonus.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless explicitly permitted.
- Bonus funds can be used for betting but cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings become withdrawable once wagering is complete.
- If multiple accounts from the same household or the same device claim a bonus, all such accounts' bonuses may be cancelled.
- If evidence of obtaining bonuses through fraud is found, ck444 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.

Gaming Rules
All games on ck444 are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) rate, which are displayed during gameplay.
6.1 Technical Issues
If a game session is interrupted or a server issue occurs for any reason, that game will be considered void and the amount staked in that round will be refunded. However, ck444 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures.
6.2 Sports Betting
Separate rules apply to each event in the sports betting section. For cancelled matches or events, the related bets are generally voided and funds are returned. Betting terms for cricket, football and other sports apply separately.
6.3 Disputed Outcomes
If there is any doubt or dispute about the outcome of a bet, ck444 reserves the right to hold payment for that bet and conduct an investigation. The result recorded in the game provider's system will be considered final and binding.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities on ck444 are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
- Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access another member's account or hacking.
- Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs and using them without reporting them.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Providing false information in the membership application.
Any winnings or bonuses obtained through prohibited activities will be cancelled, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
Limitation of Liability
ck444 operates the platform to the highest technical standards, but ck444's liability will be limited in the following situations:
- If the platform is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
- If there is a delay in deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment gateway or network delays.
- If a game is lost due to an issue with the user's own device or internet connection.
- If a loss occurs due to a fault in third-party game software.
In any situation, ck444's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
Privacy and Data Protection

However, continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the dispute resolution process, the game provider's logs and ck444's system records will be treated as final evidence. Submitting a false dispute may result in account suspension.
11.3 Applicable Law
These terms and conditions and the member's relationship with ck444 will be governed in accordance with the applicable legal framework. In the event of any dispute, both parties will prioritize resolution through discussion.
